1 Year Post Graduate Lawyer

The candidate must have 1 Year Post Graduate experience in property law. 

• Review and Preparation of Contracts
• Preparation of Leases & negotiations
• Complete of Sale/Purchase from start to finish
• Sub divisions and Option Deeds
• Knowledge of PEXA, NSW Office of State Revenue, LRS forms and procedures is advantageous
• Leap Software
• Attention to detail & the ability to multitask
• Keen organisational & time management skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Motivated, curious and readiness to learn
• Personable and engaging attitude
• A team player
