10 Customer Service Officers wanted for immediate start in North and Inner city Brisbane locations. Generous hourly rate of $35.00 p/h + Super. Paid training, commencing role on 28.11.22. 6 weeks ongoing work will suit a Christmas Casual, Uni Student, part-time worker, semi-retired, or recent school leaver.

The Turner Group are proud to be partnering with a high-profile client to assist in a large-scale community project. This initiative will drive more effective customer behaviour across South-East Queensland throughout 2022 commencing early October on the Northside of Brisbane & Inner City.
The Role
- Delivering a high level of customer service
- Providing direction and education to the customers (public)
- Practicing empathy and patience whilst communicating with customers
- General administration duties such as recording questions, filling out shift information and supporting customers
- Data entry across training, compliance, and survey completion
- Ability to work on your feet for the duration of your shift
- Ability to engage with customers confidently and articulate effective directives
- Functioning productively across split shifts daily
- AM: 6:00am to 10:00am
- PM: 3:00pm to 7:00pm
- Monday to Friday
- Shifts paid at $35.00p/h + super
- Training paid at $31.25p/h + Super
- 5.5 hours paid training prior to commencement and ongoing support
- Be passionate about people and have a community mindset
- Excellent attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and be driven by good customer service
- Effective conflict resolution abilities
- Physical capacity to stand and walk for periods of time
- Great ability to build rapport with others
