The team at the Lily Jackson Group is dedicated to creating beautiful hair for clients and developing new talent in the industry.

Whether you are brand new to the industry or have already started your Apprenticeship, as long as you’re passionate about hair and love working in a team – we want to hear from you! School leavers are also encouraged to apply!

• Fun & creative work environment in an inclusive, progressive, and supportive salon environment (everyone learns differently, and we work with you 1:1 to train and develop you based on your individual learning styles)
• Education: Training is hands-on and practical designed to get you colouring hair within a short space of time.

• Start at 9.45 am or 10.45 am on weekdays - avoid the busy morning commutes!

Hours:

• Tuesday 9:45 am – 7 pm
• Wednesday 10:45 am – 8:00 pm
• Thursday 10:45 am – 8:00 pm
• Friday 9:45 am – 6:00 pm
• Saturday 8:45 am – 6:00 pm

\*\*We can provide flexibility in days/hours for the right person, as well as school-based hours.

Pay Rates: Above Award wages

• We have helped develop some of the top earning Stylists in the country. for example, recently, over a 12-month period, we have helped one of our Senior Stylists to consistently earn $2000 per week + super + commissions.
