Job description

MEGT is seeking a motivated and reliable individual to commence a 1st Year Electrical Apprenticeship - General Electrician. This is an identified role and the perfect opportunity for an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander candidate to work full time and gain a recognised qualification!

Our client specialises in the long-term operation, maintenance, and management of critical public and private assets and infrastructure. Gain on the job experience, a CERT 3 Electrotechnology (Electrician) and get PAID to learn!

What are we looking for?

  • Punctual, energetic and have a solid work ethic
  • Great communication skills and great attention to detail
  • Ability to undertake physical work & with a focus on Safety
  • White Card (Must Have)
  • Driving Licence (Must Have)
  • Certificate II in Electrotechnology (preferable)
  • Satisfactory completion of a Pre-Employment Medical Check (Required)
