The Opportunity
The AIFFP is seeking energetic and motivated Assistant Directors to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment delivering quality infrastructure projects at the nexus of Australia’s foreign policy and international development agenda in the Pacific and Timor-Leste. You will contribute to cementing Australia’s reputation as a regional lender of choice financing quality and inclusive infrastructure.
You will be eager to work in a high-performing team brought together by the department from a range of professional backgrounds, including investment bankers, development experts, and public servants. We are looking for individuals who are results driven while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. The AIFFP is an inclusive and supportive workplace that values contributions from all perspectives.
We are seeking professional, expertise in infrastructure, financing, and international development professionals from the private sector, not for profit, public or academic sectors, with strong cross-cultural people skills, a service mentality, and demonstrated capabilities in their selected role.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
