When you join Northrop, you join a company that will support your career.

Our Northrop Sustainability Section
We are a close-knit, high-energy team who works autonomously on projects, yet collaboratively on strategy.
You will have the opportunity to work in an environment like none you’ve seen before. We are part of a multi-disciplinary consulting organisation which gives us access to projects most sustainability consultants can only aspire to.
Ours is a fast-paced culture where you will be responsible for delivering multiple projects concurrently.

As well as getting real-world consulting experience, you will have the opportunity to work on real projects with real responsibilities. Experience the variety and diversity of consulting engineering, alongside owners of our business who will teach you:
  • Technical excellence – design and document engineering solutions with a focus on understanding Sustainability concepts and the Australian Codes and Standards
  • Client-side thinking – Realising the potential of our clients is at the heart of everything Northrop does. Being passionate about our clients’ success, not just projects, is paramount to learning how to be a go-to consultant
  • Quality Control & Project Verification – how to ensure that your designs and documentation is checked and up to our high standard
  • Feedback Loop – At Northrop, we value the art giving and receiving constructive feedback
The talent you’ll bring:
You will have access to many opportunities within Northrop and with our support we will help you to develop your career and make it happen.
You are invited to apply for this role if you meet the following criteria:

  • Analytical and Strategic Thinking - Ability to analyse and read situations well
  • Leadership - Always focused on doing what’s right for the business
