The Role
Your role within this practice will be to manage a desk for contract, permanent or a hybrid mix of contract and permanent placements in IT recruitment
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
Developing and maintaining relationships with both new and existing clients will comprise 60% to 70% of the job
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and reference checking
Build a strong pipeline of candidates to ensure timely and effective placement of open roles
Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients and candidates
Keep up-to-date with market trends and changes in the IT recruitment industry
Collaborate with other recruiters and stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment experience for clients and candidates.
What are we looking for in you?
Although experience in IT recruitment is preferred, we are also open to candidates who have gained their first 360 experience in a different sector and have a strong interest in technology
