The opportunity:
Labourpower are currently seeking a confident and outgoing Recruitment Consultant to join our Mulgrave 3170 branch. Ideally, the successful candidate would come from a blue collar recruitment environment. Our Team and Client Base is growing and we require an experienced Consultant to maintain, develop and grow this business.
Your responsibilities will include:
Recruit for blue collar positions for a major clients
Empower a safe workforce
Ensure all administration and filing is accurate and up to date
Client visits including roll call and taking candidates through inductions
Developing positive and professional relationships through regular contact and visits
Understanding the clients requirements and catering to their recruitment needs
Contacting our casuals for work opportunities and candidate care
Resourcing, Screening and Rostering
Conducting toolbox talks, job observations and other WHS site requirements.
The knowledge, skills and abilities we’re looking for:
A proactive and energetic approach to your work
Exceptional time management
An understanding and appreciation of compliance
Excellent customer service
A strong internal & external rapport with key stakeholders
Able to multi-task in this exciting high volume environment
Intermediate to advanced computer and MS office skills
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
A car and valid license
