Under broad direction undertake the following duties:
- Manage, liaise, and negotiate across the NFSA’s Collection, Digitisation, ICT, Digital Platforms, Finance, Procurement, Governance, and People & Culture teams to support the delivery of the AVA digitisation and discovery program.
- Refine and track Program plan, key metrics, recruitment plan, internal governance structure, regular reporting requirements and decision-making framework.
- Ensure the capabilities delivered as part of the Program are aligned with strategic organisational goals.
- Oversee the Program, monitor the performance of Program and identify and coordinate responses to high-risk matters.
- Prepare briefings and reports to the Senior Executive, Board, Department and NCIs on the status and milestone achievements of the Program.
- Develop policy briefs and future project proposals to support the development of a best practice solution for discovery and access of the digitised audiovisual material.
