Don't need to know everything about bikes!
Our Mechanics are trained through our 99 Academy where they complete structured courses and gain Cytech Qualifications. Cytech is the internationally recognised training and accreditation for bicycle technicians.
You will not only be repairing and caring for a wide variety of bikes, but also providing exceptional customer service to their owners who love riding them. Your career as a Bicycle Mechanic will focus on repairing and building bikes quickly and consistently, while maintaining accuracy, safety and quality as a top priority.
We value team players with a great attitude, a thirst for learning who are driven to do well. Being an experienced Bicycle Mechanic is obviously a nice to have however if you are mechanically minded and enjoy working with your hands you'll be great in our team.

Track and celebrate team and individual achievements daily / weekly / monthly. Our Mechanics earnings range from $55,000 to $85,000 (full time equivalent) based on skill, efficiency and achievements.
