people2people have partnered with a large state government department who are looking for an experienced Project Support Officer to join their team.
About the role
Reporting to the Project Director, the purpose of this role is to provide high level administration and project support to the Project Team which will include but not be limited to
Researching and preparing project documentation including briefing notes and submissions
High level data analysis
Undertaking project performance reporting and development of project schedules
Monitoring and reporting on project budgets, schedules and resource usage against performance measures
Managing project activities including industry briefings, risk workshops, training activities and project openings
Reviewing and analysing project correspondence to identify issues and risks for inclusion in the appropriate registers
Email and calendar management
Providing ad hoc administration to internal teams and stakeholders as required
About you
To be considered for this position you will have
Previous experience in a high functioning Project Support role – essential
Experience working on infrastructure projects
Strong communication, interpersonal and time management skills
Please note: Successful applicants will need to hold a current/valid C class drivers license and be willing to undergo a National Police History Check.
