A day in the life of an Aboriginal Education and Engagement Coordinator
The Aboriginal Education and Engagement Coordinator plays an integral role in collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders, providing advice and support to ensure local TAFE NSW initiatives, programs, products, and services to meet the needs of Aboriginal communities and students. We have this rewarding opportunity where you can make a real difference in the lives of students and your communities. Join our team as an Aboriginal Education and Engagement Coordinator – Identified on a full-time permanent basis, located at the Bega or Moruya Campus.

You will be successful in this role if you can demonstrate:
- Appropriate degree or diploma at AQL levels 5-8 or equivalent vocational and or industrial experience.
- Aboriginality (Aboriginality is a genuine occupational qualification and is authorised under Section 14 of the Anti-Discrimination Act of 1977). Applicants to provide Confirmation of Aboriginality as part of their application.
- Proven ability to engage with Aboriginal organisations, communities and individuals to foster productive and harmonious working relationships.
- Ability to address and meet focus capabilities as stated in the Position Description.
