Are you passionate about adult learning and professional development and have demonstrated experience in educational design and development experience, then an outstanding opportunity exists to join the team at Health Education and Training Institute.
Use your exceptional project management and educational design expertise in this Program Manager role supporting the development of a range of new learning academies from concept through to full operation, including the newly established Finance Procurement and Asset Management Academy for NSW Health.
The Academic Lead Curriculum Design will provide educational advice to subject matter experts on the co-design and creation of a range of educational activities and programs to support the development of NSW Health Academies. This role is an opportunity to contribute to highly competent specialised professional workforce in NSW Health enabling better health outcomes for the people of NSW.

Where you'll be working
The role is based in Sydney at 1 Reserve Road, St Leonards in a modern, purpose-built 5 star rated green campus that is well serviced by public transport and access to public parking. The building offers activity-based working conditions with agile and flexible workspaces and the latest in technology, modern end-of-trip facilities, and secure bicycle storage. There is an onsite cafe, and a 100-space childcare centre. In line with HETI Hybrid Working Model, all staff are required to attend the office weekly.
