Form of workVentia are currently seeking an experienced Accommodation Administrator at our Anglo American Village in Moura to assist in all of the Accommodation and Reception Services to the Anglo Staff & out of company customers staying in the camp. This role will work across a 14/7 day DIDO roster. Well above industry standard remuneration package on offer to the right candidate.
IT IS HIGHLY ADVENTAGEOUS TO HAVE HOTEL RECEPTION &/OR PRIOR MINING VILLAGE ACCOMMODATION FRONT DESK EXPERIENCE.
Responsibilities
High volume accommodation check-ins
Receptionist duties where customers are addressed in a polite, courteous and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction
Data entry work that is compliant with contractual processes, procedures and standards
Demonstrate consistency in work, be reliable, dependable, and punctual and follow instructions accurately
Demonstrate an ability to work well within a team environment and take on the responsibility of ensuring all work tasks are completed
Ensure a safe and hazard free workplace environment by reporting any health and safety hazards
Experiences & Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of team
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to details
Experience within a similar role
Great customer service skills
