What We Need:
We’re looking for a passionate Account Director, who can help build and grow our digital communications, and lead campaigns for our top health clients. Over 40% of our business focuses on work within the health sector and this is continuing to grow.
This role is pivotal in the agency and no two days will be the same. We’re looking for someone who is keen to step up and lead a team. Someone who is excited about building relationships with clients. And, someone who is success and measurement driven. You will be part of a team of skilled digital specialists who take pride in the work that they deliver, aren’t afraid to challenge the status quo and who never miss an opportunity to have a laugh or two (puns encouraged). You will be responsible for life-changing digital communication campaigns, crafting content strategies, digital communications plans, overseeing paid campaigns and social media messaging to push the right message to the right audience. As a senior client lead, you will be responsible for nurturing these relationships and providing strategic and technical optimisation guidance to clients and our junior team members who support you on the day-to measurement-driven day activation.
What you'll be doing:
Responsibilities
Day-to-day lead for the agency's key health marketing and communications clients and projects.
Leading digital marketing strategy and implementation for high-profile brands, undertaking content planning, channel planning, and digital communications.
Oversee the execution of regional omnichannel campaigns integrating digital, social, web, search and email, with the exceptional support of junior team members.
Understanding of digital paid media integration within the overall content plans including paid social media, SEO, and SEM – a must. [LR1]
Exceptional understanding of different audience market segments when delivering digital campaigns, including the targeting of HCPs and patient groups a plus!
Understanding of the nuances, timeframes, and challenges that align with digital marketing in the health sector, is also a plus!
What you've been able to accomplish:
Skills and experience required
6-8 years of related marketing industry experience.
Experience working within an agency.
Proven experience across all cores [LR2] digital channels, primarily key social channels, search (Google Analytics understanding a must) and foundational knowledge of audience journey and utilization through CRM and CMS platforms. [LR3]
Experience within the health sector incl. working with pharma, health not-for-profits companies a plus but not a must.
