Account Director - Talent Strategy & Advisory

In this senior role you will be responsible for driving growth, expanding client relationships and overseeing the service delivery to a platinum public sector and higher education portfolio of clients at Randstad.Responsibilities:

• Drive and achieve a growth budget target for Randstad's public sector and higher education clients in SA, WA and NT
• 'Hunter' mentality with the ability and ambition to identify and develop key relationships with senior line, HR, Talent & Procurement
• Contribute to the TSA pipeline discussions and create compelling value propositions around enterprise services that achieve account revenue/gp growth, retention and profitability
• Collaborate with colleagues across the enterprise to develop and execute key account plans to deliver value for our customers
• Drive and manage regular client reviews, presentations, insights & value adds
• Escalation management for key customers
• Ensure compliance & contractual obligations are met in respect to the public sector portfolio of clients including extensive reporting requirements

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience in recruitment & business development senior leadership, account growth, bid management, contract implementation, developing relationships and working at a strategic and operational level executing on sales plans
• Demonstrated leadership skills in driving sales and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Comfortable to effectively work and communicate at all levels, with multiple stakeholders of varied backgrounds, nationalities and cultures, from senior management to trainee consultants.
