Roller provides unparalleled creative, advertising and marketing services for all News Corps consumer titles. Working closely with the consumer marketing team they deliver multi layered, cross platform advertising solutions that deliver results.
Role Responsibilities:
Responsible for the day to day management of the delivery of creative, advertising and marketing services to a number of key News Corp internal stakeholders. Key- Strategic management of briefs: Provide contribution to develop strategic responses against briefs and triage these briefs through the team.
- Support with presentations including writing, compiling and delivering. Using clear thinking to translate our strategies in presentations or communicating and participating in pitches to client audiences.
- Deliver unparalleled client service and client satisfaction. Support the business to manage all key client relationships across the News Corp group. This includes fostering a positive, productive and proactive relationship with production partners, collaborating to ensure all deliverables meet client expectations.
- Work closely with the creative and content teams to deliver best in class campaign solutions for our clients
- Campaign Budgeting: management of all campaign budgets, together with the profit analysis to support agency ROI analysis.
- Campaign Management: End-to-end management, from briefing and strategy to creative and execution. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, on budget, and exceed client expectations. Forecast and track key account metrics, providing clear reporting on progress to both internal and external stakeholders. Promoting the expansion of business with existing clients.
Skills and Experience:
- Significant agency/media experience in professional-client relationship management working with medium and large companies
- Experience managing and supporting a team
- Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules
- A persuasive and confident approach to creative projects
- Polished communication skills both verbal and written
- Keen attention to detail
- Able to analyse problems and strategize for better solutions
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Solid negotiation skills and ability to build strong interpersonal
