Key responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of core accounts through all stages of client journey of onboarding, engagement, upselling and retention.

- Maximise pipeline of additional service solutions to meet growth sales targets
- Ensure utilisation of services through stakeholder mapping and relationship building
- Timely retention of all contractual responsibilities

- Demonstrated success in using communication skills.
