THE OPPORTUNITY
We now have a rare opportunity available for multiple Account Managers to join the IFNSW portfolio based in Sydney CBD. You’ll help make a positive impact on someone’s life every day and you’ll feel great satisfaction knowing your talent and hard work has a purpose.
The purpose of this role is to ensure a high level of service delivery is provided to agencies through management of all aspects of the agency relationship, proactively responding to agency needs and requirements, supporting the resolution of complaints or issues in a timely manner and supporting training and technical support.
This will be a multiple position commencing ASAP based in the Sydney office, with flexibility to work from home.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work in partnership with the IfNSW Business Unit to develop initiatives and maintain Agency engagement.
- Coordinate effective and timely delivery of service by all areas of the business to meet Agency needs.
- Managing claims reviews to ensure they are delivered to a high standard
- Developing and maintaining relationships with Agencies
- Delivery of EML’s stakeholder engagement model
- Creating and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders, internal clients and the management team by displaying our values and behaviours.
- Clarifying and managing key stakeholder expectation and allocating appropriate resources to ensure the delivery of effective outcomes.
- Travel to regional and interstate offices may be required to meet business requirements.
ABOUT YOU
- Demonstrated experience within a Workers Compensation environment in claims and/or injury management
- Demonstrated experience in business development or account management role, working within a fast-paced business environment is desirable
- Must hold a current Drivers Licence
- Sound analytical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
