What you’ll be doing:
You will be joining our team as an Account Manager in the Schools Division, working alongside our team of experienced consultants. You will build and effectively manage your own high-volume desk, supporting schools with their temporary staffing needs, whilst supporting company initiatives in conjunction with your team and management.
Foster professional relationships that build educator capacity and support achievement of career objectives.
Manage the high-volume vacancies of our clients and develop relationships to effectively meet the staffing needs of each setting.
Lead the development of new business generation.
Support the development and training of a blended team of admin, recruitment, account management & business development consultants.
Weekly client visits to schools in areas under your management.
You have:
Outstanding communication skills and demonstrated history of delivering exceptional customer outcomes
Growth mindset and drive to succeed
Valid Driver's License and Working with Children Check (volunteer)
Full, ongoing working rights in Australia at the time of application
Education market knowledge and experience; and a successful history in recruitment or sales are highly desirable but not compulsory
