We are currently seeking an Account Manager to join the BGL Melbourne Team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about building relationships with customers, has previous account management experience and is looking for an industry change into the SaaS space.
Your Opportunity
Working as part of a passionate team, you will be responsible for managing your own client portfolio, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships and educating customers on the best practices of our BGL products. Your responsibilities will include:
- Seeking opportunities to add value to your client portfolio by ensuring the timely communication and delivery of our solutions.
- Building strong relationships with existing customers to reduce customer churn.
- Maintaining contact with all prospects to ensure high client satisfaction.
- Supporting the ongoing growth and uptake of BGL products and promoting the BGL product suite.
- Supporting our Account Management Team with administrative tasks.
- Representing BGL at conferences and events.
- Building & maintaining relationships with BGL Ecosystem partners.
- Working closely with our Client Success, Sales, Support and Product teams.
This role requires you to occasionally travel interstate to attend events & client meetings.
About You
- Proven experience in account management, client relations or similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple client accounts.
- Results driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding account management targets.
You'll be eager to grow your career in the SaaS industry with a willingness and aptitude to learn and constantly develop your knowledge around Self Managed Superannuation, Corporate Compliance and our products.
