About the RoleAs Account Manager, you’ll support the overall account management strategy for Corvanta by working with our key clients in out-of-hospital care to enhance satisfaction, foster long-term relationships, and identify growth opportunities.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
- In consultation with the Commercial Director, develop the account management strategy for Corvanta with a focus on growth in existing accounts & customer retention.
- Managing key client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identifying new opportunities within the key accounts and drive them to completion.
- The other important ways a person doing this job should spend their time are:
- Building & maintaining effective relationships with industry groups & forums.
- Working with customers to identify and understand problems, developing solutions in conjunction with the R&D teams and initiating and managing a Strategic Initiative Group where necessary.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions, providing timely insights and recommendations to help educate and solve customer problems and drive innovation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, opportunities, and progress in the CRM system.
- Supporting sales efforts with new clients as required.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Proven experience in account management, preferably within the industry or a related field.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of account management principles, practices, and strategies.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to identify and close new opportunities.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute account management plans.
- Knowledge of the industry, market trends, and customer needs.
