London OMS Account Manager Banking Finance Order Management Systems London
As the OMS Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing an entry point to comprehensive product support for external clients of the banks Order / Execution Management System
As the Technical Account Manager, you will partner with the clients to ensure the successful deployment of the Order / Execution Management System to new clients and maintain ongoing high-level real-time support, which will be key to building and maintaining successful relationships with our clients
A key part of your role is partnering with your client's day to day, managing all communications with the clients, and be a trusted resource
You will need to bring some technical knowledge to help train and guide users on how to configure the Order / Execution Management System, and use feedback from the clients to provide advice on new functionality to advise the Order / Execution Management System product team on improvements
This is a really interesting role, with a huge amount of responsibility and challenges day to day to make this a really interesting role
Role requirements
- experience of managing and building client relationships.
- Background in banking order management systems is essential
- Experience from Bloomberg, FlexTrade, Virtu, Factset, SS&C, Neovest or TORA would be beneficial
