About the company:
An award-winning Telecommunications provider has opening for an Account Manager to join their thriving Sales team! They have an established presence selling IT infrastructure, Fibre to the Building (FTTB), National Broadband Network (NBN) and Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions over a large portfolio of clients and deal with a range of ASX listed companies.
About the role:
As an Account Manager you will be responsible for Managing relationships across a large portfolio of existing accounts within the property management sector. You will be responsible for ensuring all existing clients are utilising the FTTB and NBN solutions to their full potential, as well as identifying further opportunities to drive further FTTB and affiliated internet services. This role involves being on the road 2-3 days a week as you develop relationships across your portfolio.
This is a great role for an Account Manager, Sales Executive, or Business Development Manager that has experience working across real estate, construction, or property development.
Responsibilities:
Manage and build relationships across a portfolio of Property Developers, Managers, and Owners Corporations.
Reduce account churn, and enhance product adoption
Identify opportunities for account expansion - Upsell/cross sell services
Brief, pitch, and present confidently to clients
Build strategic relationships with all stakeholders within target accounts.

About you:
Have 4+ years sales experience working in Telecommunications / Managed Services / Property Development / Construction / Real Estate / Property Management
Experience selling solutions / managed services / professional Services within the Utilities, construction, property, or Telco sectors is a bonus!
Enjoy building relationships and enhancing the customer experience
Possess clear communication skills.
