Job description
The College is seeking to appoint an Accountant to work as part of a high performing and customer centric finance team. Reporting to the Director of Finance, this newly created role will play a key role in the function of the Finance Department, ensuring that the financial operations of the PAC group of entities are managed well.
Accountabilities will include:
Financial reporting and management accounting tasks;
Preparation and delivery of the Colleges fortnightly payroll file;
Month and year end financial reporting;
GST and FBT compliance;
ACNC and Commonwealth and State Government Funding Reporting;
PAC Foundation and other entity accounting;
Assistance with the management of the Colleges insurance program; and
Assisting with the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and the Purchasing and Procurement functions of the College.
