Our client, a mid-tier public practice firm in the Brisbane CBD is on the lookout for exceptional professionals to join their team as Audit Manager, Valuations Manager (Corporate Finance), and Practice Manager (External Audit).
🔍 Audit Manager: Unlock Your Potential
As an Audit Manager, you will be responsible for managing audit engagements, supervising audit staff during the engagement, and ensuring documentation in the audit files meet internal quality and Australian Audit Standards. In this role you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse and interesting client base including listed companies across a broad range of industry sectors including Mining, Technology, Financial Services, Property, Education, Health, and Not for Profit. The successful candidate will be required to travel to clients which may involve weekly or fortnightly stays.
💼 Valuations Manager: Shape the Future of Finance
As a Valuations Manager, your role will be to manage the broader valuations engagements providing high quality, independent and reliable valuations advice to clients.
As a manager, you will utilise your own valuations skills and technical knowledge, work on a range of different engagements and take ownership of projects. You will be required to transfer this knowledge, by developing a team and delegating work to your peers to assist them in their career paths.
The core accountabilities include taking ownership on analysis and writing reports, building relationships with the team and clients, and being a trusted adviser and great valuer.
🏆 Practice Manager: Drive Excellence, Inspire Success
As a Practice Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all areas of practice management for the Audit Division. The individual effectively manages the implementation of strategic initiatives and projects directed by the Partner team. Their responsibilities include the preparation of divisional budgets, encompassing resource planning and monthly reporting with support from the firm's finance team. They adeptly coordinate meetings for the manager team, overseeing agenda preparation and managing action points. Furthermore, they play a pivotal role in managing the job resourcing scheduling process and optimizing workflow within the division.
