With a strong pipeline of projects in development and construction and with future projects acquired, our client is a long-established property developer and construction company on the Gold Coast seeking to appoint a Senior Accounts Administrator to their head office operations.
Reporting to and assisting the Directors and senior finance team, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Accounts payable and receivable processing including liaising with creditors
- Bank reconciliations across multiple entities
- Liaising with Project Managers and Contracts Administrators to assist in project costing and reporting
- Assisting with budgets, cash flow and variance analysis
- Preparation of monthly and yearly financial accounts
- Project cashflow reporting
- Payroll
Candidates must have significant experience working in a similar role in a commercial environment, ideally with experience in the construction industry. Demonstrating high level computer skills, ideally with expertise using Xero, your attention to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritise will be essential to your success in this position.
