As an Accounts and Administration Assistant, you will be undertaking a range of functions including:
- Assisting in processing and completing weekly invoice run/s;
- Processing Credit Card payments;
- Answering phones and redirecting calls;
- Assisting with enquiries;
- Entering consignment notes and manifests;
- Amending and checking notes for your colleagues;
- Scanning and importing documents;
- Actioning requests from customers;
- Unpacking internal mailbags and distributing paperwork; and
- Providing information to the sales team upon request - such as account information and general enquires.
