About the role
Due to the growth of our business, WTG is looking for an Accounts / Office Administration Clerk to join our team.
The successful applicant will possess drive, enthusiasm and attention to detail. You will have excellent communication and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing of Accounts Payable and Receivable transactions through MYOB.
- Processing payments
- Account Reconciliations
- Manage the day to day duties of accounts payable and receivable
- Banking
- Credit card management and reconciliations
- Set up and maintain new and existing customers
- Collating and preparation of timesheets
- Purchasing office equipment
- Set up and maintaining processes for paper and electronic filing systems
- Collating and maintaining records
- Opening, reading and distributing incoming mail and other material
- General office and administrative duties as required and requested
- Carry out reasonable duties at the request of management
- Demonstrating behaviours that align with company policies, organisational values
- Compliance with company employee information & policy manual
The successful candidate will require the following skills/abilities:
- Minimum 2 years experience in an Accounts/Administration based role
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Data entry skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with the ability to work autonomously
