Our company started in the glazing industry in 1978, catering to loyal clients within Western Australia and are known for our work on luxury properties and creative designs.
We are industry experts in delivering high-end aluminium and glass doors and windows, custom-made to complement any building design.
We are currently seeking a professional, experienced and responsible Accounts and Administration Manager to ensure the smooth running of the office on a permanent full-time basis, Monday to Friday 8.00am – 4.00pm.

- Excellent computer skills, and experience in Microsoft Office packages
- Experience with MYOB accounting software preferable, or have proven ability to learn new systems
The successful applicant should be well presented and be able to perform the following duties (but not be limited to):
- Perform, assign and oversee administration duties for the business
- Assist key positions with administrative support
- Accounts Receivable and outstanding debts, make calls to customers regarding outstanding payments, liaise with customers regarding account queries and late payments, escalating any customer account issues or complaints
- Accounts Payable
- Reconcile bank statements
- Train new staff on office and customer service procedures
- Answering incoming calls and assist with enquiries
- General office administration
- Review procedures and systems from time to time to streamline and improve processes
- Learn about the Glass and Aluminium Door and Window industry and products
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, policies and regulations
