The Miami Bakehouse Group has been operating for more than 18 years and is a leading food manufacturer operating across 7 sites. Our central baking facility and head office supplies our six retail businesses across WA’s southwest.
This role is based in Mandurah and includes a range of accounts, payroll and administrative duties working within a well-structured and supportive team.
This is a permanent part time position, offering 30 hours a week from 8.30am to 4.30, four days per week (Mon, Tues, Wed & Fri). Once a month you will be required to work Thursdays for end of month cycle.
What are the weekly role responsibilities?
- Accounts Payable
- Stocktakes and stock control
- Weekly ingredients ordering
- Sales reconciliations
- Banking
- End to end payroll
- Preparation of weekly financial and KPI reporting
- Other adhoc duties

Who are we looking for?
This opportunity would suit an experienced accounts officer looking for that next challenge. What we need from you is:
- Accounts / Bookkeeping experience
- Strong knowledge of MYOB or similar
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Great communication skills
- Valid driver’s licence
