The Company:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accounts Officer to work with a reputable company based in Macquarie Park on a six-month temporary role with the flexibility to work from home three days per week.
Key responsibilities:
- Volumetric Rebate processing, query resolution and account administration
- Stakeholder management - internal and external (customers and suppliers)
- Non-trade Procurement management (Purchase Orders and Invoicing) and Expense Claims
- Invoice/Claims Processing (Dealsheets and Free Text invoice)
- Handle various ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the team
- Shared Mailbox management
About you:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional adaptability, a penchant for thinking outside the box, and a collaborative spirit when solving problems.
- Previous experience in a similar Finance/AP/Accounts position
- Ability to work in a fluid environment and assist the wider team when required
- Experience working with an ERP system and high-volume
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Customer service focus.
