We're currently scouting for an Accounts Officer to join our Finance squad, collaborating with like-minded professionals. In this full-time role, you'll be instrumental in driving Roberts + Morrow's progress, teaming up with some of the most innovative business leaders. The key focus of the role is to support the Chief Financial Officer and the Internal Accountant in the day to day running of the finance functions within the Firm.

We embrace technology and work collaboratively with our in-house specialist teams to meet the needs of our clients right across Australia. The practice has grown and developed over 70 years to now have 16 partners, over 170 team members and 6 specialist divisions complementing traditional business services. We seek to provide a holistic service to our clients and work with them closely to meet their financial and business needs.
SELECTION CRITERIA
• Certificate IV in Accounting or Bookkeeping or willingness to obtain.
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task, organise and prioritise.
• Self-motivated and mature minded.
• Analytical and logical.
• Maintains the strictest levels of confidentiality.
• Xero experience.
• Ability to quickly learn new IT systems and processes.
