Accounts Officer to join growing company based in Cannon Hill.
The focus of the role is Accounts Receivable however they will cross train you in other areas of Accounts - AP and Payroll.
Working within a friendly team environment your key responsibilities include:
- Production of Invoices
- Banking, receipting and allocation of payments
- Reconciliations
- Handle queries
- Liaise with internal departments
- Cross train in other accounting areas – AP
- Previous experience within an AR/Credit or Accounts role
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
- Accurate Data Entry Skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Sound knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ideally MYOB or Xero experience but not essential
