Job Description:- Account and bank reconciliations including daily reconciliation of EFTPOS receipts
- Accounts payable, accounts receivable, and debt collection
- Reconciliation of subcontractor invoices (fortnightly)
- Payroll - inclusive of processing and payment of timesheets and wages (fortnightly).
- Reconciliation of various systems including (but not limited to) Xero, Halaxy, Medicare Processing, and Bank online portals
- Reconciliation of petty cash
- Preparation of information and material for accountants (year-end reporting)
- Production of monthly financial and management reports
- Investigating and resolving any irregularities or inquiries
- Assisting in general financial management and/or analysis
- Updating database (Google sheets)
- Writing some reports, writing statistics, and reporting on cancellations
- Other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned
