To support our continued growth, our Mackay branch, located in Paget is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced and highly motivated Accounts Payable Clerk.
Key areas of responsibilities are:
- Receive and sort mail
- Consolidate, follow up and allocation of payments
- Reconciliation of supplier accounts
- Communicate with suppliers
- Reconciliation of supplier payments
- Resolve invoice discrepancies
- Work with procurement, stores and other key employees to ensure timely and accurate entry of suppliers
- Vendor file maintenance
- Work closely with Accounts Receivable
Who we're seeking:
- At least two years experience with ERP systems such as Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics/Navision, Pronto or similar.
- At least 1 year Accounts Payable experience.
- An individual that is punctual and reliable
- Good communication with strong interpersonal skills and negotiating capabilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of general accounting procedures
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Self-motivated to succeed and work well under pressure
- Superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
