We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Accounts Payable Manager at Accor Apartments & Realty!
As the Accounts Payable Manager, you will manage an integral team whose focus is on checking the accuracy of invoice data entry for approx. 130 properties to ensure suppliers are paid correctly and efficiently.
This position resides in our Corporate Office on the Gold Coast and reports to the Financial Controller of Shared Services.
Getting to know the role and your responsibilities
Day to day management of a small AP team
Accurate and timely batching and checking of invoices
Ensuring that all electronic invoice mapping is completed on a daily basis
Ensuring all manually entered invoices are completed on a daily basis
Ensuring the team monitor and respond to the AP inbox emails on a timely basis
Supplier Statement Reconciliations
Regular and ad hoc payment ru ns
Coordination of credit applications & set up on new suppliers in line with policy
Assistance with Internal / External Audit requests
Communication of end of month deadlines
Respond to all enquiries in a timely, professional and friendly manner
Ad hoc tasks as required

Experience working in a high volume, deadline focused role

Strong numerical accuracy and computer skills
