Troocoo are excited to be partnering with a multinational insurance company and financial services provider located in Petrie Terrace. Due to internal movement, we are looking to recruit an Accounts Payable Manager on an initial 2–3-month contract.

The Accounts Payable Manager is primarily responsible for the Accounts Team within the organisation. You will be responsible for the oversight of all accounts processes as well as the individual team members.

Duties include:
Management of the accounts team
Responsible for higher level duties
Monthly reconciliation of supplier's statements
Respond to internal and external customer enquiries regarding payment terms, tax compliance, business name registrations and invoice payments.
Vendor reconciliation and maintenance
Generation of daily EFT run and bi-weekly payment runs.
Sound knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel
The successful applicant will be immediately available, have management experience, have a strong transactional accounts background with an eye for detail. You will pride yourself on your professionalism and ability to work with others to achieve results.
