Job Description
You will report to the CFO directly.
You will lead a team of 3 staff, consisting of 1 Team Leader and 2 AP Officers.
You will be a key point of contact by leading your team and driving Accounts Payable processes and procedures as well as monthly procedures.Key responsibilities will include the following:
Comply with company policies and procedures, ensuring the safety and health of employees and members of the public
Develop annual operational plans
Develop and implement best practice AP processes including automated systems
Reporting on team KPIs and communicate to management
Provide training, management, and leadership to team members
Manage compliance and risk with company guidelines
Investigating any breaches as encountered
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Degree level qualification in Business, Commerce or similar
Experience in a national accounts payable environment
Minimum of 7 years experience and strong knowledge of payable management processes
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
