Our client is after an Accounts Payable Clerk to be an essential member of their bookkeeping team. Must have a can do and positive attitude! You will be responsible for finalising payments and managing expenses.
Responsibilities:
- Review, process, verify and reconcile all payments and expenditures including invoices, credit card expenses and purchase orders
- Responsible for the accuracy of the accounts payable sub-ledger
- Address and resolve financial queries from clients, suppliers and staff
- Data entry
- Weekly reporting
- Supplier reconciliation
Skills and Experience
- Full Australian work rights
- Qualification in accounting desirable but not essential
- Energic and eager to learn
- A good attitude and confidence
- Intermediate excel/word skills
