About the Role
As an AP Officer, your role will be a stand-alone position completing the full end to end process of AP with a strong focus on stakeholder management and supporting the other finance team members.
Among other things, you will get involved in:
- Prepare and review AP invoices from end to end;
- Assisting with customer related queries;
- Ensuring there are no discrepancies and following up on any issues in a timely manner;
- Process monthly/quarterly tax;
- Undertake any month end tasks;
- Reconciliation of bank accounts, including data entry; and
- Assist the team with system improvements/upgrades.
Skills & Experience
- 5+ Years in a similar role in full function AP;
- Ability to pick systems up quickly;
- Proactive work ethic- ability to problem solve; and
- Proven experience in customer query resolution.
