This amazing business is experiencing exciting growth and are seeking a full-time Accounts Payable Processor to join their vibrant finance team at their Macquarie Park office. As an AP Officer, you'll be responsible for managing Accounts Payable, vendor relations, month-end closing, reconciliations, and reporting.

- Competitive base salary: $60,000 - $65,000 plus super (negotiable for the right candidate)
- Salary review after 6 months and every 12 months thereafter
- Monday to Friday role – no weekends!

The Role:
- Manage supplier relations and resolve billing issues
- Handle Accounts Payable inbox, including invoice processing and categorization
- Prepare electronic payments to suppliers
- Assist with month-end closing and various tax preparations
- Reconcile bank accounts and staff expense cards
- Manage fixed asset register and provide ad-hoc financial reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
- Previous experience in a similar corporate role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving team goals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with Xero and NetSuite (Financial First module) preferred
