ABOUT THE COMPANY
Our client is a well-known business seeking an experienced Accounts Payable/Receivable specialist to join their team on a temporary basis. This role entails influencing decision-making processes, establishing, executing, and upholding an efficient ways that furnishes Business Units with timely and pertinent support and financial insights.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitoring vendor compliance ensuring appropriate escalation and follow up
- Proactively drive efficiencies in debtor recovery processes to minimise risks and maintain Wesfarmers Health commercial outcomes.
- Stock invoice and claims dispute management - develop and maintain a compliant process, investigate, and manage dispute resolution process, monthly status reporting
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business issues and solutions
- Manage Accounts Payable system improvements through the execution of change management and project leadership capabilities
- Developing a strategic approach and maintaining an effective management of financial integrity and debtor recovery.
- Identify issues and implement solutions to optimise integration skills and address drivers of debit balances.
- Additional adhoc duties as required
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years in the accounting field
- Proven knowledge of SAP is essential
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Understanding and demonstrated experience in Change Management and process improvement.
- Proficient PC Literacy (MS Word and Excel)
- Bachelor's degree with an accounting major
