We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team based in Huntingwood. You will be reporting to the Accounts Receivable & Credit Supervisor and will be responsible for your own ledger to ensure customers payments are made in line with our company payment terms.

Tasks and Qualifications:
Your responsibilities:
Processing of all cheques, direct deposit and EFT payments in an accurate and timely manner
Manage the collection process on assigned ledger and contacting customers via phone and emails to follow up
Ensuring accounts on ledger are reconciled
Ensure disputes are recorded, investigated and resolved in line with company process
Liaise with internal stakeholders to issue invoices, statements and reports to customers as required
Requirements for success:
Minimum of 2 years experience in accounts receivable
Demonstrated strong attention to detail and reconciliation skills
Experience using Microsoft Office suites including Excel
Experience using Mainstream Electronic Account & Billing platforms
Organisation skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
