Job Description
The Role
This role is located at Chipping Norton with easy access to the M5. We are looking for a Credit Officer who will also be supporting the Senior Credit Officer. The role will also be responsible for maintaining the accounts receivable system. With a supportive team environment, full training will be provided to the right candidate. This is a full-time position.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Handle customer queries
Monthly Cash Disbursement
Process approved or declined Cr/Dr requests
Raise admin fee invoices
Ensure all credit card & EFTPOS authorisations are processed daily
Create new accounts & account reactivations
Prepare credit limit Increases
Preparation of paperwork for closing accounts
Conduct Credit Searches
Desired Skills and Experience
Our ideal candidate:
At least 12 months experience in Accounts Receivable or Admin
A “can do” attitude;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A “team player” and willing to work closely with the other credit controllers;
Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, with intermediate Excel skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision would be desirable but not essential.
