Project/Position Introduction

Overview

• Join a supportive, open and collaborative team and bring innovative ideas to the table
• Based in Brisbane or Melbourne

Drive the quality of delivery for the Adult Migrant English Program and Skills for Education and Employment.  Be part of developing and validation of training resources and support effective training outcomes for the SEE and AMEP program.

• Provide guidance and support to Regional Managers and Business Managers to enable them to support students to achieve successful completion of their training and attainment of required outcomes
• Contribute to the development, validation and review of resources including peer review of student assessments to ensure quality and compliant outcomes
• Develop projects and proposals for testing and trialling new ways to improve outcomes and client engagement
• Review student, trainer and key stakeholder and audit feedback to improve processes
• Driving professional development activities

• Post graduate qualifications in TESOL and TAE40116
• A customer focused individual who has a passion for training outcomes within a community setting
• Confident communicator who can engage with a range of stakeholders
• Ability to plan, execute and meet agreed deadlines
• Demonstrated experience in ACSF and teaching methodologies for Adult Learners of English as an Additional Language
• Review and validation of training and assessment product and resources and focus on building trainer capacity to support effective learning outcomes
• Hold or have the ability to obtain a Working with Children Check
