We have an exciting opportunity for an Admin and Events Coordinator to join our inclusive, dynamic, and close-knit team in Melbourne.
As our Admin and Events Coordinator, you will provide general administrative support to state teams including preparing presentation material and team diary management. You are also key to creating a welcoming environment for our team and our members, so it is important that you thoroughly enjoy liaising with people daily.

That includes managing all bookings, arranging materials, AV equipment and catering, as well as providing support assistance for the Growth team.

You have also liaised with internal and external stakeholders, both face to face and by phone. You are very familiar with Microsoft Office, data entry, events coordination and planning, arranging online meetings and may have already used event and campaign management tools.
Ideally, we are looking for someone who has a ‘can-do’ attitude, enjoys working as part of a dynamic and outcome driven team and would love the opportunity to use their excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
We will leave all the ‘work you’ll be doing’ stuff in the PD but here’s a few things that you’ll get to enjoy working at HESTA:
Your leave and time off matters, up to 6 days paid volunteer leave, up to an additional 5 days of leave over the end of year and new year period, access your LSL after 3 years! Take AL at half pay, and purchase up to 2 weeks additional leave

Your health and wellbeing matters, free annual flu shots and skin checks, incredible social events throughout the year and a comprehensive employee assistance program available 24/7
Your financial wellbeing matters, competitive salary, financial planning support, incentivised Employee Referral Program, and novated lease options

We celebrate, value, and include people of all backgrounds, genders, identities, cultures and abilities. We welcome and support applications from First Nations people, physically, neuro or culturally diverse, LGBTQI+, and people of any age.
It is important to protect the health, safety and wellbeing of all HESTA employees and those people they come into contact with at work and reduce the risk of COVID spreading in the workplace and the wider community, therefore all HESTA employees are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
