Our client is a fantastic firm located in the outer south eastern suburbs, with modern offices. They are looking to fill the role of Accounting Administrator, which sits within one of their Business Services teams.
You will work closely with the Accountants, in the areas of Corporate, Tax Liaison & Database/Lodgements.
Included in your position, you may be responsible for -
Database maintenance
ATO lodgements and document management (scanning/saving/retrieving documents)
Maintenance of corporate register
Client Liaison
Booking of appointments/meetings
Preparation of client correspondence
Proactive maintenance of client databases to improve data integrity
Providing high level administrative support to a Principal, Manager and a team of high performing Accountants
