About our Opportunity
We currently have an exciting opportunity at our Albury branch, for an administrator who will carry out purchasing and procurement functions ensuring relationships with suppliers and customers are built and maintained along with supporting the wider team with sales support, order processing and general data entry.
Key duties include:
- accurate and timely ordering of all materials to meet production timelines
- assist in forecasting supply and demand and place orders to replenish materials
- support on-time delivery of supplier orders, tracking shipments & address any delays
- process purchase orders and receipting of invoices
- liaise with Sales Reps - relaying information relating to their customer orders
About you
We’re looking for an energetic team player who will contribute to a positive work environment, who has previous administration and customer service experience, with demonstrated capability in self-motivation, initiative, high attention to detail and the ability to exercise independent judgement. You will have well-developed communication and interpersonal skills supporting you to effectively build constructive relationships with both suppliers and internal customers.
You will:
- be a systematic, methodical and process-orientated administrator
- capability to investigate discrepancies and resolve issues
- competent using Microsoft suite, capability to learn in-house CRM systems
- enjoy solving issues over the phone
