Salary: UOM 4 – $71,099 – $75,458 p.a. plus 17% super
About the Role
In this role, you will provide professional and accurate administration assistance to the Project Team to enable smooth delivery of services to clients and customers. This includes general administration tasks, such as managing enquiries, financial transactions, contracts, and travel arrangements, as well as event management tasks such as coordinating the delivery of programs and events, liaising with service providers, and maintaining accurate records.
Who we are looking for
To be considered for this position, you must have completed a diploma level qualification with relevant work-related experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training. You should have well-developed verbal and written communication skills, experience in successfully providing administrative support, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve results.
As the successful candidate, you will also have demonstrated experience in the coordination of high-quality events, courses, and/or other public programs, providing exceptional customer service to a diverse range of clients. You will possess proven organisation and time management skills, attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, and a high level of proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
